*Mix bitter gourd juice and lime juice. Take this mixture early morning. It helps in reducing fat, quite effectively.
*Tea with mint leaves, if taken regularly, reduces fat.
*Add a lemon and some salt in 250 m warm water. Drink it in the morning empty stomach. It is most helpful in summers.
*Another age-old tried and tested way is to take a mixture of two teaspoons of honey and a lemon in a glass of warm water. Take it early morning for four months and it will have a magical effect.
*Take spinach juice with lemon. It is also a good remedy and checks weight gain.
*Black gram soaked in water should be mixed with honey and taken early morning.
*Add black salt and ajwain in butter milk. Drink it regularly.
