Premature ejaculation

We have earlier also given tips to you about natural cures to treat premature ejaculation of semen in our past posts. Here are some more remedies:

*Eat two ripe figs (Anjeer/Anjir) twice ie two fruits in the morning and two in the evening.

*Take a mixture of Amla powder and misri (1 teaspoon each) along with milk, twice daily.

*Take 5-8 dates (date fruit) boiled in milk, both in the morning and evening (except in summers). Dates increase sexul vitality and improve efficiency.

*Along with one glass of milk, take 10 grams of raw coconut.

[Premature Ejaculation is also known as Surat-e-Inzal in India and Pakistan, Sheeghra Patan in India. Dates are known as Khajoor or Khajur.]
